Selection Procedure

Once all legal requirements are met, Jalwal Enterprise will advertise for your job position using different media outlets. Interested candidates will be checked for satisfying job description and eligibility criteria. Interviews and technical tests will be conducted according to the prerequisite.
Shortlisted candidates will be selected by highly professional and competent individuals of our team. Shortlisting will be done exclusively on the basis of our client’s requirement. Client satisfaction is our top priority.
Our client will be provided with the information of these candidates. Upon finalization by the client, final interview will be conducted before deployment.
 

Deployment Procedure

Selected candidates will be thoroughly checked for complete documentation and security clearance so our client does not face any inconvenience. These candidates will be medically examined and provided with orientation sessions for smooth transition into foreign environment. To avoid any misunderstanding, the candidates sent through Jalwal Enterprise will be wearing a uniform at the airport arrival.

Power of Attorney

This is required as per printed specimen to formalize Jalwal Enterprise as your recruiting agent. The document is required for hassle free process of emigration, endorsement of visa from the relevant consulate and clearance form Protector of emigrates of Government of Pakistan. This document should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign/Embassy of the concerned country.

Demand Letter (Company Letterhead)

Demand Letter

A demand letter is required stating your requirements for the job position. This may include the number of personnel required, their job description, employment contracts etc. The letter should be according to the sample of Pakistani embassy of the concerned country.

Visa Approval Slip/Qouta Approval

Visa slip in original or photocopy, Photocopy of Company’s Commercial Registration(CR/and identity card of the employer for Saudi Arabia only)
