PREREQUISITE

BASIC

Must be competent for the applied job.
Must have relevant education / experience.
Should not be less than 22 years.
Should not have criminal record.
Should posses No Objection Certificate from previous employer if worked in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Must agree to abide by rules of company and laws of host country.


DETAIL

Saudi government has set conditions for work visa which are as follows:-
Machine Readable Passport minimum validity two years
Computerized National Identity Card
Medical certificate from recognized laboratory
Minimum age 21 years
Visa Application form

OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR WORK VISA:

Doctor: Minimum age 25 years. Original Degree of M.B.B.S attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs +Ministry of Health, H.E.C and Saudi Cultural office + Saudi Consulate along with photocopies attested.

Engineer: Minimum age 22 years . Original Degree of B.Sc. attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs + H.E.C and Saudi Cultural office + Saudi Consulate along with photocopies attested.

Accountant: Minimum age 21 years. Photocopy of B.com degree attested by Foreign Office & Saudi Embassy

Draftsman: Minimum age 21 years. In case visa being issued by an agent :Photocopy of Agent license + photocopy contract +Undertakings by agent to submit documents are authentic. Photocopy of Degree / Diploma attested by Foreign Office & Saudi Embassy

Private Chauffeur /House Worker /House Cook: Minimum age 35 years. Photocopy of computerized Driving License valid attested by Foreign Office with NOC from concerned authorities

Public Driver HTV/Agricultural Driver: Minimum age 24 years. Photocopy of Computerized Driving License valid and issued six years ago attested by Foreign Office with NOC from concerned authorities.

Labor/Guard /Cook/Mason/Plasterer /Paves Tile fixer/Building carpenter /Painter/Welder/Steel Fixer /Auto Mechanic /A.C Cooling Technician/Filler & Other Labor: Minimum age 21 years. Photocopy of Diploma attested by Foreign office and Saudi Embassy (for Technicians only)

Female Nurse: Minimum age 22 years.


REQUIREMENTS

DOCUMENTS NEED FROM THE EMPLOYER

POWER OF ATTORNEY : We need Power of attorney as per printed specimen, from the employer appointing us as their recruiting agent in Pakistan to carry out emigration formalities, endorsement of visa from the relevant Consulate, and clearing from protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan. This document should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Embassy of the concerned country. (Sample attached go to download)
DEMAND LETTER (COMPANY LETTERHEAD) : We also need Demand Letter, for the recruitment of required personnel giving their job description, number of personnel to be recruited and Terms & Conditions of employment, as per specimen of printed Demand Letter, Embassy of Pakistan of the concerned country. VISA APPROVAL SLIP/QOUTA APPROVAL

  • Visa slip in original or photocopy.
  • Photocopy of Company's Commercial Registration (CR/ and Identity Card of the Employer for Saudi Arabia only).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR VISA ENDORSEMENT KSA

  • Computerized Passport
  • Computerized ID Card
  • Computerized Overseas Card
  • Photo
  • Medical from a approved medical center
  • Certified education Degree /Diploma /Training Certificate from recognized institutes
  • You must submit all the passports in sequence
  • No Objection Certificate of previously if employed in Saudi Arabia before.

NOTE: For Dubai, Muscat, Kuwait and others nations, no visa endorsement is required. For obtaining employment visa, one must submit passport, and complete visa requirement such as medical, education certificate etc.

TO APPLY ON A JOB ADVERTISED BY JALWAL ENTERPRISES THE CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO CONTACT JALWAL ENTERPRISES. THE BASIC SELECTION PROCEDURE BY MOST OF THE EMPLOYERS REMAIN THE SAME AND IS EXPLAINED AS UNDER:

  • THE COMPUTERIZED APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN JALWAL ENTERPRISES OFFICES IN THEIR RESPECTIVE CATEGORY.
  • THE DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY THE CANDIDATE ALONG WITH PRINTED COPY OF COMPUTERIZED RESUME ARE SCRUTINIZED /EXAMINED TO VERIFY THAT APPLICANT MEETS THE BASIC CRITERIA LAID DOWN BY THE EMPLOYER.
  • SUBMISSION OF ORIGINAL FORM IS COMPULSORY OTHERWISE THE APPLICATION IS REJECTED. THE ORIGINAL PERSONAL HISTORY FORMS ARE RETAINED /PRESERVED AT JALWAL ENTERPRISE'S HEAD OFFICE.
  • ALL APPLICATIONS ARE ORGANIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CATEGORY JOB TITLES AND SENT TO EMPLOYER IN ORIGINAL THROUGH RELIABLE INTERNATIONAL COURIER SERVICES.
  • THE FINAL SCRUTINY AND SHORT LISTING OF APPLICANTS IS DONE BY THE EMPLOYER AND JALWAL ENTERPRISES IS PROVIDED THE LIST OF CANDIDATES SELECTED FOR INTERVIEW (IF REQUIRED) OR APPROVED.
  • AFTER ABOVE PROCESS EMPLOYER INFORMS JALWAL ENTERPRISES ABOUT THE DATES OF VISIT OF INTERVIEWING TEAM (IF REQUIRED) TO PAKISTAN JALWAL ENTERPRISES SENDS THE INTERVIEW CALL LETTER TO SHORT LISTED CANDIDATES.
  • THE CITY /STATION OF INTERVIEW IS DECIDED BY THE EMPLOYER AT HIS OWN CONVENIENCE.
  • AFTER INTERVIEW/TEST IT EMPLOYER’S DECISION TO ANNOUNCE THE SELECTION IMMEDIATELY OR AFTER THEIR RETURN TO HOME COUNTRY.
  • AFTER FINAL SELECTION THE CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO UNDERGO MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND OTHER FORMALITIES LIKE ATTESTATION OF HIS DOCUMENTS FROM DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.

VISA PROCEDURE

  • Permission from the Protector of Emigrants:
    After Receiving Manpower requirements, we seek permission from Protector of Emigrants.
  • Advertising :
    Job facilities are advertised in widely circulated daily newspapers.
  • Interview / Trade Test :
    After short listing the applications, for interviews and trade test. Candidate's skill is tested practically to evaluate the workmanship and his conformity to international standard.
  • Medical Examination :
    Every prospective candidate undergoes strict medical examination including complete physical checkup, chest, X-Rays, etc from approved medical centers recognized by GCC.
  • Visa Endorsement :
    We are responsible for the visa stamping process and collection of the passport from the concerned Embassy / Consulate.
  • Registration :
    After stamping visa, we submit passports, for registration with the Protector of Emigrants.
  • Reservation / Ticketing :
    Good relations with all leading Airlines, efficient reservation and in time dispatch professionally.
